My aim, through Mindfulness, is to help clients understand how the mind and thought processes work. Understanding the process enables us to see thoughts for what they are, just thoughts! Through this enlightenment, we become empowered to choose how we react to situations in our daily life. We build the confidence we need to deal with situations. Through clarity of thought, and self-confidence, we build resilience and mental preparedness.
We develop skills during mindfulness sessions that equip us to manage fatigue, pain, stress and anxiety, and promote positive mental health. I deliver sessions either one to one, or in group settings, for private and/ or corporate clients.
Corporate clients can integrate these mindfulness sessions as part of their health and safety initiative to mitigate social risk.

IOSH reports that HSE figures for 2018/19 show that stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill-health cases, resulting in the loss of 12.8 million working days. Deloitte reported that employers can gain a 6:1 return on investment (ROI) when supporting staff to achieve good mental health and wellbeing, through raising organisation-wide awareness.

The UKRF website states that Reiki is used in various settings. These include private practice, complementary therapy centres, GP surgeries, hospitals, hospices, cancer support groups, post-operative recovery etc.
