My aim, through Mindfulness, is to help clients understand how the mind and thought processes work. Understanding the process enables us to see thoughts for what they are, just thoughts! Through this enlightenment, we become empowered to choose how we react to situations in our daily life. We build the confidence we need to deal with situations. Through clarity of thought, and self-confidence, we build resilience and mental preparedness.
We develop skills during mindfulness sessions that equip us to manage fatigue, pain, stress and anxiety, and promote positive mental health. I deliver sessions either one to one, or in group settings, for private and/ or corporate clients.
Corporate clients can integrate these mindfulness sessions as part of their health and safety initiative to mitigate social risk.
Mental Health & Mindfulness at work

Deloitte reported that employers can gain a 6:1 return on investment (ROI) when supporting staff to achieve good mental health and wellbeing, through raising organisation-wide awareness.

At Wellness-me, I deliver 90 min Reiki sessions that incorporate easy meditation practice. I also administer distant Reiki, which provides the flexibility to work with you wherever in the world you may be.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, I facilitate the flow of Reiki, the “universal energy” to help you clear your energy blocks. This encourages energy flow. along with balancing the chakras, and aura cleanse. Clearing energy blockages promotes and brings about a deep sense of calmness and relaxation. Reiki treatments help align the body, mind and soul, enabling wellness and well-being.
Reiki is a non-invasive, complementary, and natural way of treatment that works alongside conventional medicine. Here at Wellness~me, as a registered Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) Reiki practitioner through UK Reiki Federation (UKRF). I deliver Reiki sessions that meets UK-wide standards of patient safety and service quality
As a client, these are the benefits you gain from CNHC practitioners
- Practitioners remain up-to-date with the latest developments in their field of practice through continuous professional development.
- CNHC registration is recognised for reimbursement with a number of private health cash plan providers. This means that clients who are members of the relevant cash plans can claim for the cost of the treatments when they visit CNHC registered complementary therapists.
- Doctors are able to refer patients to practitioners on Accredited Registers.
- The UKRF website states that Reiki is used in various settings. These include private practice, complementary therapy centres, GP surgeries, hospitals, hospices, cancer support groups, post-operative recovery etc.
There were various images used to make this website interesting and engaging.
I would like to give credit Alan Millin for the Zen calendar and photos that you see of the various birds. He also teaches Zen photography which is a form of mindfulness activity.
